Planning With a Purpose
Do you ever consider if you are getting the best financial advice? Are you receiving advice focused on solving your known (and unknown) problems? Are you on the road to living your fullest life? Here is the problem -- planning doesn’t cover every stage of a family’s financial journey. Most guidance stays in a “single lane” of focus ignoring the complexities of a person’s unique financial situation. At MFA, we understand you need more (and deserve more) while working towards achieving your dreams. You need an expert with a personal touch that pays attention to every detail and has the experience to solve your most complex problems.
What We Do
Investment Management: Our approach to protecting our clients' capital is focused on providing consistency of returns and downside risk management by taking a more expansive view of diversification. This requires diversifying not only by asset class but also by strategy. It also often includes non publicly traded investments to provide returns not correlated with the stock and bond markets for added diversification.
Retirement and Financial Planning: This lane is sparsely traveled. That's because it is a little more challenging. It involves creating your financial plan and doing “what if” scenarios. Figuring out if you can buy that house in Naples. This lane we are super passionate about. It doesn't matter how much or how little money you have. Everybody needs a plan. You wouldn't fly from California to New York without a flight plan.
Tax Management and Retirement Distribution Planning: This is a very lonely lane. Very few advisors are in this lane because it is difficult and it is not scalable. But we do it and we are passionate about it because of its importance. We can work directly with your Accountant to review your recent tax returns and identify potential savings or restructuring opportunities, giving you proactive ideas to save money in the future. We specialize in developing phased strategies to tax efficiently take distributions from tax deferred accounts like IRAs and 401(k)s.
